Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn Kigurumi back in its original packaging, ensuring all character tags and accessories are included.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
